The Environmental Symposium: Inland Northwest – Water Under Pressure will convene regulators, industry leaders, and technical experts for a day of focused discussion on the region’s most pressing water issues. From regulatory perspectives and regional challenges to a dedicated case study on Lake Coeur d’Alene, the program will highlight both immediate concerns and long-term opportunities for managing water resources. Additional sessions will explore the impacts of mining, alongside panels on future water use in areas such as housing, data centers, agriculture, and regional development. Through interactive panels, keynote speakers, and a series of lightning-round presentations, participants will gain diverse perspectives, practical insights, and opportunities for collaboration across sectors.
Kick off the Environmental Symposium with a casual evening of networking on Wednesday, November 5. Join fellow attendees, speakers, and colleagues at a local watering hole in Coeur d’Alene for good conversation, light refreshments, and a chance to connect before the full day of sessions. It’s an informal way to meet new faces and reconnect with familiar ones in a relaxed setting.
